Mark Butcher, the Director of MBA has been a manager fundraiser, and consultant in the not-for-profit sector for 23 years. He is the author of two books on improving personal performance: 'Achieve!' -- personal effectiveness in the voluntary sector -- and 'Create!' -- a guide to creative problem solving for not-for-profit organisations.
