What is it?
Biz Pulse is a web based subscription service designed to help you monitor your organisation’s performance across a range of critical areas, give you targets to help you improve, monitor your progress and share this information with trustees, funders and staff. It is a tool which will give you an overview of all of your organisation’s crucial performance areas, break down ‘improvement’ into clearly identifiable tasks, allocate these tasks across your staff and board and then (crucially) let everyone see progress as these tasks are implemented.

• Develop tangible milestones to help you improve, step by step.

Biz-Pulse is a revolutionary approach which blends a powerful management web tool with regular face to face mentoring from an MBA consultant. It will help you to plan better, implement that plan more effectively, generate wider support from stakeholders and perhaps most importantly of all, demonstrate to funders that you are making concrete improvements in both your capacity to deliver and your back office infrastructure – both of course which make you more fundable.
How much does it cost?
There are two options:
1. Stand alone: To open a Biz Pulse account and immediately gain access to this powerful tool costs just £37 plus VAT per month or £370 plus VAT for the year. There is an initial (and once only) facilitation fee of £575 plus VAT which will provide a consultant to sit with you for half a day, set up your profile on the Biz Pulse server, customise your Biz –Pulse tool specifically to the needs of your organisation and train you to operate it. That’s a total cost of £945 plus VAT in your first year, reducing to £370 plus VAT in every subsequent year.
2. Supported: In addition, we can offer ongoing mentoring from an MBA consultant to help you get the most from the tool, use it as a means to identify challenges and then get specific ongoing advice. This option would give you regular monthly support sessions. The Biz Pulse tool acts as a framework to help you prioritise the areas in which you need help and as a starting point for consultancy. With this option, you also get the option of a Strategic Planning Day with staff and trustees once per year facilitated by Mark Butcher (for as long as the subscription lasts). This would normally cost you £850 plus VAT but comes free when you take up a supported Biz Pulse Subscription through us. The cost for this option, including your first year’s Biz Pulse subscription, set up support, regular monthly mentoring from an MBA consultant for 12 months and the annual planning day for your team is just £2,745 plus VAT (reducing to £2,170 plus VAT in subsequent years).
