This structured mentoring and coaching programme blends face-to-face support with an MBA mentor with a customized training package.

3 steps to success

The programme has three distinct parts.  First we identify your needs.  Then we train you in key skills. Then we coach you as you implement new techniques, approaches and strategies ‘back at the ranch’.

Stage 1:

You’ll sit down with your mentor and receive a comprehensive issues assessment, skills audit and Training Needs Analysis.

Stage 2:

We’ll give a customised and timetabled training programme.  This will be in the shape of a package of e-learning modules that could cover any or all of the subjects below:

Stage 3:

We’ll sit down with you, work through what you have learned and show you how to implement it in your team, department or organisation.

Flexible contact

As well as your initial diagnostic meeting and all of the e-learning you need from our portfolio, you are guaranteed 10 hours of mentoring support.  Within the basic framework described above you can ‘spend’ these hours as you like to suit your own needs and schedules.  10 weekly meetings; 3 long half days; 40 x 15 minute telephone calls; or a mixture. You choose.
