What is SustainabilityPlus?

A comprehensive, flexible and (most importantly of all) bespoke programme of support from Mark Butcher Associates designed to help you achieve long term sustainability for your organisation.

How does it work?

First of all we will sit down with you to scope out the support you need.  This will include an analysis of your current position and the key challenges you face, agreement on the goals and outcomes you want to achieve, proposals for a development programme to ensure you get there and a timetable for the work.

Training

We've run courses in more than a dozen countries, trained many thousands of delegates and established a reputation for delivering training of the very highest quality.  In partnership with the Northern Rock Foundation we delivered more than half a million pounds worth of training to non profit groups in the North and our Sustainability School helped local organisations raise more than £25 million.  We've now run this school in Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham and London.  We can improve your ability to plan, raise money, manage change, and lead and motivate your team.
