What is it?

A four-week, intensively supported training and mentoring programme aimed at revitalizing your fundraising approaches and maximizing the amount of money you will bring in to your organisation.

  1. You get four, one–on-one strategy sessions with Mark Butcher. Lasting up to ½ a day each, these sessions will help you apply what you have learned, make critical decisions and prioritise action to get the maximum return on your fundraising investment.

  3. Animated powerpoint webinars on issues such as core costs, community fundraising, legacies and events.
  4. Audio seminars on commissioning, procurement and strategy.
  5. A 50 page workbooks filled with examples, tips and techniques to give you a comprehensive knowledge base from which to help you craft your success strategy.

How it works

The online Sustainability School is a unique blended combination of consultancy, mentoring, face-to-face training and e-learning. You will receive a comprehensive grounding in a very wide range of fundraising techniques, expert advice tailored to your specific organisation and situation, and close support to help you implement what you have learned.

When does it take place and how long does it last?

Start dates (Spring 2012) 1st Jan, 1st Feb, 1st March.  Each programme lasts for approximately 4 weeks during which time you will work through the learning materials in a structured way and receive weekly mentoring and consultancy face to face sessions.

Who can take part?

Places are limited to just 10 people per monthly programme.

How much does it cost?

The programme costs £699. Funding of up to 50% of the programme is available for eligible organisations.
